Angela Sargsyan was born on December 16, 1982, in Yerevan Armenia. Angela enjoyed activities and played sports from the age of three. She started swimming and figure skating around 3 years old. She continued figure skating until the age of 13 Angela began karate after figure skating and quickly progressed to becoming an skilled. She earned a silver medal at 14 during the 1996 Armenian Youth Full Contact Karate Championships which took place at Yerevan Armenia. Angela is never able to lose her passion for sports. She continues to lead an active, healthy lifestyle with regular workouts as well as healthy food. She is an avid paraglider skier, as well as swimmer.
